Nine days and eight nights
Day One
Addis Abeba – Bonga via Jimma
- Take the first flight to Jimma and drive to Kaffa Bonga. It is located about 100 km on an asphalt road southwest of the Jimma.
- This afternoon, drive about 15 km to see the wild coffee and Wush Wush Tea farm.
- Drive back to Bonga overnight.
- Overnight in Bonga, (best available).

Day Two
Bonga – Kibish (Surma)
- After breakfast, drive to visit the origin of Arabica coffee first tested by the goats and found by the shepherd Kaldi.
- After the visit, proceed your way to the south Omo valley tribes with lunch stop in Mizan.
- This afternoon we will be at the Surma tribe. They are known for their Lip Plates, Earlobes, Scars on their face and the Donga stick fighting.
- Overnight in Surma, camping (basic available)

Day Three
Surma – Nyangatom – Turmi
- After a relaxed morning with the Surma people, drive to one of the Nyangatom villages to experience the most unique tribe in the south Omo valley who shares the same culture and language with the Turkana people in Kenya. The girls beautify themselves with loads of beads and the boys with body painting.
- Continue the drive to Turmi for lunch and relax a bit at your lodge before going for the famous Hamer people.
- The Hammar tribe is known for its Bull jumping, hair style and Evangadi night dances.
- They are the most popular of all the tribes in the area.
- If you are lucky, you will be able to see the Bull jumping ceremony.

Day Four
Turmi – Airbore – Konsso
- After breakfast, we will drive to Konsso via Airbore.
- The Airbores are semi-pastoralists dependent on seasonal river flows.
- After a great time with the beautiful people of Airbore, proceed the drive to Konsso with a lunch stop in Woyto.
- Arrive late in the afternoon in Konsso and visit the amazing world heritage villages of the Konsso people.
- Its people are known for their hard-working habits, terracing cultivation techniques, and village formations.
- Overnight in Kosso, (best available).

Day Five
Konsso – Arba Minch
- Before breakfast, drive to the breathtaking New Work landscape formed by termites. Have a decent walk around and come back to your lodge for a relaxed breakfast and then after.
- After lunch in Arba Minch, we will go on a boat trip.
- Lake Chamo is one of the seven Rift Valley Lakes in the south. Have a relaxed afternoon with the Hippos, Nile Crocodiles, and many Aquatic Birds.
- Overnight in Arbaminch, (best available).

Day Six
Arba Minch – Dorze – Addis Abeba
- After a great and relaxed breakfast with an amazing view, drive to the Dorze village.
- Explore the Elephant shaped Huts, and learn about food preparation from false bananas and weavers at work.
- Drive back down and catch the afternoon flight to Addis.
- This afternoon will be open. You can go more sightseeing in the capital, shopping or relax at your hotel.

Day Seven
Addis Abeba – Dire Dawa – Harar
- Take the morning flight to Dire Dawa and depart Addis. It is about an hour’s flight.
- After some coffee in Dire Dawa, drive to Harar.
- Harar is one of the most important and fourth Holy cities for Muslims after Mecca, Medina, and Jerusalem.
- It is a walled city built between the 13th and 16th centuries for protection from its enemy.
- You will have a city tour in the afternoon and a hyena feeding in the evening (a wild experience).
- Overnight in Harar, (best available)

Day Eight
Harar – Dire Dawa
- After a great breakfast in the old part of the city (Jegol) we will visit the Harari house, walk in the walled city and have a look at antic museums.
- After lunch, dive to Dire Dawa for overnight.
- We will have a beautiful walk in the evening to experience the first planned city of Ethiopia.
- Overnight in Dire Dawa, (best available)

Day Nine
Dire Dawa – Addis Abeba
- After breakfast, take the flight to Addis and get transferred to your hotel.
- You will have a dinner treat from the company.
